XH polyurethane synchronous belt is made of thermoplastic polyurethane material, has a high resistance to wear, various types of steel wire core to ensure that it still maintains good movement in the transmission, and small production tolerances. During the production process, a layer of nylon is added to the tooth surface and the back of the domain tooth to ensure that the operation characteristics of the special application are unchanged, and a layer of polyurethane can be added to the back of the belt to prevent corrosion or high load

The structure of XH polyurethane synchronous belt is composed of belt back, tensile layer and teeth.

(1) XH polyurethane synchronous belt strap back

The back of the XH polyurethane synchronous belt is used to bond the tensile element, There should be good flexibility and flexural fatigue resistance, not easy to age, good oil resistance, wear resistance, in the inner surface of the XH polyurethane synchronous belt belt with an appropriate size of sharp grooves, in addition to the process requirements, but also to improve the flexural fatigue performance of the belt, while in the process of operation between the belt and the teeth of the intercepted air escape, in order to eliminate some noise.

(2) Steel wire rope (or Kevlar wire) tensile layer

The tensile layer is the tensile element of the synchronization belt, which is used to transmit power and ensure that the synchronization belt remains unchanged during the working period. It adopts multiple strands of wire rope (or polyester wire rope) to wrap the cloth in a spiral shape along the width of the tape, and its position is set as the knot line of the synchronization belt. The tensile layer must have high tensile strength and bending fatigue strength. The modulus of elasticity is large, and no extension is allowed when working, so as to ensure that the pitch of the synchronization belt is unchanged.

(3) Polyurethane synchronous belt teeth

The teeth of XH polyurethane synchronous belt should have high shear strength, good wear resistance and oil resistance. The pitch distribution of the belt teeth is very demanding, and the belt teeth should be engaged correctly with the tooth groove of the belt wheel, so the correctness of the geometric parameters of the belt teeth should be strictly required. XH polyurethane synchronous belt is famous for its excellent oil resistance and wear resistance. It is suitable for high-speed operating occasions with small and medium power. The environment should be relatively dry and the working temperature is generally -20 ~ +80 C.

XH polyurethane ring power belts are produced by a special moulding process. The high quality polyurethane material makes the belt resistant to wear and tear. The steel wire core increases the strength and tensile strength of the belt, so that the belt has good dimensional stability.

XH polyurethane ring dynamic band tolerance is small, can ensure the accuracy of thickness and length. All the above characteristics make XH polyurethane ring power belt have high physical and chemical stability. XH polyurethane seamless synchronous belt is suitable for high strength, high precision and even high speed transmission systems, and is most suitable for low load synchronous graded transmission, such as office automation systems and household appliances.

Mechanical properties: stable size, low pretension, low noise, high wear resistance, no maintenance, good elasticity, linear speed up to 80 m/s

Chemical properties: anti-aging, waterproof solution, anti-ultraviolet UVA, anti-ozone, highly anti-oil, anti-oil ester, anti-corrosion of most acids and alkalis

Operating temperature: -30℃ ~ +80℃ can withstand up to +110℃ for a short time
